These terms apply to professional services offered by EvolvePoint Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (“Consultant”, “we”) to clients (“Client”, “you”). By engaging us after receiving a signed statement of work, you agree to these terms unless a written agreement explicitly overrides them.

Services

We provide paid programming consulting focused on frontend application development: project-based implementation, technical reviews, and related support as described in each statement of work. This website is informational; binding scope and fees appear only in signed documents.

Client responsibilities

You provide timely access to repositories, staging environments, design assets, and decision-makers. Delays in access may shift timelines without penalty to Consultant.

Fees and payment

Fees, milestones, and currency are specified in the statement of work. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within fourteen (14) days. Late amounts may pause work after notice.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, upon full payment Client receives rights to deliverables created specifically for the engagement. Pre-existing Consultant tools, libraries, and know-how remain our property. Third-party open-source licenses apply to incorporated components.

Confidentiality

Each party protects the other’s non-public technical and business information disclosed during the engagement.

Warranties and liability

Services are performed with professional care appropriate to software consulting. Except where prohibited by law, Consultant’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, or revenue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in New Taipei City shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
