What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the fields you provide: name, email, optional phone number, and message text. We also receive a hidden honeypot field used only for automated abuse filtering; it should remain empty for legitimate users.

We store your cookie preference locally in your browser (see our Cookie notice). We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and maintain records of business correspondence—legitimate interests and pre-contractual steps under the PDPA. Consent preference storage is based on your choice in the banner.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and meet accounting or legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Inquiry messages are handled through our same-domain form endpoint (/api/inquiry) operated for our business correspondence. We do not embed third-party processors in the public site.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, or cessation of processing where applicable. Contact us using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Taiwan.

International transfers

If you contact us from outside Taiwan, your data may be processed in Taiwan where our office is located.
