Frontend engagement model
Statement-of-work first
Every engagement begins with a written scope: repositories in scope, environments, accessibility targets, and definition of done for UI deliverables. We do not start billable implementation until both sides sign the statement of work.
Project-based engineering
Implementation sprints focus on shipping user-facing features—routing, forms, data tables, and design-system components—inside your existing toolchain (package manager, CI, preview hosts). We commit code through your pull-request process rather than delivering opaque archives.
Technical review blocks
Review blocks are time-boxed audits of architecture, performance, testing, and release practices. You receive a prioritized findings memo with example diffs where helpful, not a generic scorecard.
Support after launch
Optional stabilization weeks cover monitoring dashboards, error budgets, and maintainer onboarding. Fees for extensions are quoted before work continues.
